The different types and sizes can be combined with suitable servo motors and servo amplifiers to implement single and multiple axis systems with complete drive packages.
Ball screw & Screw drive
The ball screw drive is used where high forces and precision at average speed is needed. The trapezoidal screw drive is used for applications with average requirements with respect to speed, force and precision and with a low operating factor.
The toothbelt drive is preferably used for applications with high requirements to speed at average force and precision.
